This model is a roof structure, without columns, with guides, ribs, etc., made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles of the EN AW 6060 brand, with mechanical characteristics according to EN 755/2. The plastic parts are made of structural plastic granules - polyamide, polycarbonate, polycarbonate/ABS - all materials are UV stabilized and certified (UL 94 and UL 746 B). The fasteners are made of stainless steel. All parts, assemblies and elements of the structure are designed according to the current standards for safety, performance characteristics and wind loads (BDS EN 61310-1, BDS EN 60335-2, BDS EN ISO 12100, BDS EN 13561). The pergola has been tested for wind resistance according to the methodology of the BDS EN 1932 standard.
Pergola C131 is mounted on an existing or additionally made metal or other material structure. Anti-corrosion and decorative coating: electrostatic powder coating. Steel details are pre-galvanized before applying the paint. Standard color - white RAL 9010. Upon customer request, any other RAL color can be performed.
