CORAL SPEKTAR LTD.
is a proven leader on the Bulgarian market in the design, production, installation and maintenance of all kinds and any size of sun protective equipment and systems such as: awnings, tents, pergolas, vertical folding screens, constructions with Acrylic and PVC cover, etc. as well as components, materials, electrical operating systems and constructions for them. The company has offices in Sofia and Plovdiv and representatives on the territory of the whole country. The company is founded in 1990 in Asenovgrad.
On April 17, 1990 in the city of Asenovgrad is founded a joint company "Coral Spektar". The scope of business is entered as a main line research, design and production of shading devices. Production of metal parts is carried in a small space for rent. The cutting and sewing the fabric is done in a small room. Started production of parts for aluminum umbrellas. For the production use old equipment to rent. In the company work four people, out of which three are owners of the company.
During the next two years the company starts going into the market and manufacturing has gradually expanded. Are developed the first models of sunscreens products, the company buys the first machines. In 1992 the activity is carried out in a rental building with an area of 330 square meters. Have been created proceedings for structures, products of fabrics and offices.
During the 1993 - 1995 establishing contacts with partners from Greece. The company was transformed into a general partnership. The product range is expanding. At the end of 1995 - has successfully signed a contract for the purchase of buildings and associated land.
During the 1996 - 1999 the company expanded their market position. Ends the construction of new production building and begins expanding the territory of the company. Was opened sales and service center CORAL SPEKTAR in Sofia and Plovdiv. Setting up a distribution network around the country. The company begins to import fabrics from Satler AG - Austria and became the first official representative for Bulgaria.
2000 - 2003. Renewal of the production range and investment in technological equipments. Converting to a limited liability company. Change of the structural organization of work.
2004 - 2006. Building and commissioning of a new factory building II in which it is form two areas: for working with acrylic and PVC fabrics. Purchase of neighboring building plot.
2007 - 2008. Building and commissioning of a new factory building III in which it is form two areas: electrostatic powder coating unit and for production of fabricated metal products 2 sections - cutting and welding of metal structures and mechanical handling section. Was successfully implemented a system of quality management according to a standard EN ISO 9001:2000.
2009 - 2012. Supply and installation of new high-tech equipments for processing of textiles and metal working machines for cutting and bending. Building of a new warehouse.
